Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use yayanails.salon or book a service with Yaya Nails, the business name of GLAMIX LLC (“Yaya Nails”, “we”, “us”). By booking, you agree to them.

Booking

• Booking on this website sends us a request for the services, technician and time you choose, through the booking page of HighLevel, our booking system, shown in the last step. We confirm it by text, email or phone.
• The times shown are the ones open when you look. A time can be taken before you finish booking.
• Please give your real name, and a phone number and email address where we can reach you.

Prices and payment

• Prices on this website are our current prices. Sales tax is added where it applies.
• You pay at the salon. Nothing is charged on this website.
• Prices can change. If the price of your service changes, we tell you before it begins.

Cancellations, late arrivals and no-shows

• Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or move your appointment, so other clients are not kept waiting.
• After repeated no-shows, we may charge a cancellation fee or ask for a non-refundable deposit to book again.

If you are not happy with a service

Because of the nature of beauty services, we do not usually give refunds. If you are not satisfied, tell us within 48 hours and we will offer a correction.

Your health and safety

• Before your service begins, tell us about any allergies, skin conditions or medical history that matter for a nail or beauty treatment.
• We may refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, or showing signs of a contagious skin or nail condition.

Text messages

• Yaya Nails appointment messages: confirmations, reminders and changes to your appointments.
• To book online, you tick a box that authorizes us to contact you by text, email or WhatsApp with informational and transactional messages. The booking form does not send without it.
• Message frequency varies with your appointments. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to stop receiving them at any time.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new date.
