Cookies this website sets
One, always: cc_cookie, which remembers your answer to our cookie notice (“Accept all” or “Only essential”) for 182 days, so we do not ask you on every page.
Only if you choose “Accept all”, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity also set these, to measure how this website is used:
_ga, set by Google Analytics to tell one visitor’s browser from another._ga_4CYT0FN21Tand_ga_H2SJVWQBZG, set by Google Analytics to keep track of your visit, one for our account and one for the account of the marketing agency that works with us._clck, set by Microsoft Clarity to keep its ID for your browser and its preferences, and_clsk, which joins the pages of one visit into one recording.
Google sets its cookies to last up to two years; some browsers, Chrome among them, keep them for 400 days at most. _clck lasted 365 days when we checked. Clarity also keeps an item called _cltk in your browser’s storage for that tab, which goes when you close the tab.
When Clarity loads, Microsoft can also set cookies on its own addresses (clarity.ms and bing.com): CLID, MUID, MR, SM, ANONCHK and SRM_B. Microsoft describes MUID as identifying browsers that visit Microsoft sites, used “for advertising, site analytics, and other operational purposes”. A browser that blocks third-party cookies does not keep them.
Cloudflare, which hosts this website, can set a security cookie while its protection against automated traffic is on, such as __cf_bm, which expires after 30 minutes without activity. Cloudflare classes these as strictly necessary. They are used only to tell people from automated programs.
The booking page
The last step of a booking shows the booking page of HighLevel, our booking system, inside this website. That page runs under HighLevel’s own address, so what it stores in your browser belongs to it and to the services it loads. On 2026-10-10 it stored:
__cf_bm, a Cloudflare cookie on HighLevel’s address that tells people from automated programs. It expires after 30 minutes without activity.cf.turnstile.u, kept by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is booking.- HighLevel’s own items:
ghl_analytics_user_id,lastExternalReferrer,lastExternalReferrerTime,servicesDataandv2_user_session_event_…_fingerprint, kept in your browser’s storage, andghl_geo_country_v1for the visit only. HighLevel’s privacy and cookie policies do not describe them. - Meta’s pixel, which the page loads, can set the cookies
_fbpand_fbc, which its own code keeps for 90 days.
Fonts
The fonts on this website load from Fontshare, which sets no cookie. The booking page loads its fonts from Google, which set no cookie when we checked.
Analytics and advertising
This website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only after you choose “Accept all”; until then neither loads. We tell both that you have not agreed to advertising cookies. Clarity still loads the Microsoft cookies listed above. The booking page loads a Meta pixel, described in our Privacy Policy.
Controlling them
To change your answer, use “Cookie settings” at the foot of any page. Choosing “Only essential” deletes the Google Analytics and Clarity cookies this website set and reloads the page. The cookies Microsoft set on its own addresses stay until you delete them in your browser.
You can block or delete cookies and stored items in your browser’s settings.
